How do I create an account?
Simple, go to the Mobile Hostess homepage and click the “Create Account” button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter all of the required information in the text fields and then click “Submit”.
Once your profile is created, you can update your personal information, communication preferences, write reviews and receive inmails from your favorite restaurants!
How do I receive promotions from my favorite restaurants?
After your account is created, you can access your page by logging in through the website. Once the you are logged in, you can click edit on the "My Favorites" banner to update your favorite restaurants and begin receiving inmails with their specials!
Is my Mobile Hostess account free?
Yes! Sign-up today and begin using all the amazing features of Mobile Hostess including guest recognition at locations, discounts and promotions and the ability to share your experiences with other members and restaurant owners. Think of your Mobile Hostess account as more than just another profile page; it is your online collaboration page for *awesome* dining!
Will my information be shared with anyone?
No! Your profile is exclusive to you and restaurants will only be able to recognize you when you visit their locations. Inmails, SMS, emails and any other form of communication is sent to you anonymously from restaurants and can be blocked if you choose.
The goal of Mobile Hostess is to give you the power to control your profile, manage the kinds of communication you want and make your dining experiences fun and enjoyable!
What is a membership?
We are constantly working to build value around the Mobile Hostess Platform and your membership will give you access to many features that will make you a VIP at all of your favorite restaurants.

How do I post promotions?
Go to the Mobile Hostess homepage and click the “Customers” link on the bottom right corner. You may then enter your e-mail address or call Mobile Hostess directly. A Mobile Hostess representative will then work with you personally to create your account, guide you through the features and answer any questions you may have about using your Mobile Hostess Account.
Does Mobile Hostess offer additional services besides the Campaign Creator?
Yes, Mobile Hostess offers a variety of management features that support guest communication, guest wait-list management and several analytics from Table Seating Efficiency to ROI on campaigns.

I already use a paging system and send promotions through an agency, what makes Mobile Hostess any better?
We realize that they are many great options available to you and that your choices must be made carefully to ensure that you are focusing on what is most important to you: bringing customers in.
We designed Mobile Hostess by working with some leading restaurant technology specialists and have created a "best of breed" platform that bring together 3 important tools into one package: Guest communication, guest wait-list management and reporting, and marketing/promotion management. Currently, no other system works to integrate all of these useful components under a single platform and our goal moving forward is to constantly network and develop relationships in these areas to improve our offering to you!
Will Mobile Hostess work with my current POS system?
We are working every day to build new relationships with all the POS manufacturers on the market today. Our elite engineering firm can work with Vendor API's quickly to integrate Mobile Hostess into your current POS infrastructure.
How do customers receive my promotions?
Customers can receive promotions in two different ways:
1. Customers who add a particular restaurant to their favorites list and will receive promotions from that restaurant each time a promotion is created. Customers can choose to have promotions forwarded to their cell phone (SMS), e-mail, or to their Mobile Hostess account.
2. Customers can find promotions by searching on the “Promotions” page. Customers can search for promotions by keyword or by location.
Mobile Hostess believes in our guests' security and privacy, so even though you will be able to send promotions to guests who have you listed as their favorite, their personal information will not be revealed.
